What’s Included
This is a real maintenance visit. During the appointment, our team will complete a roof sealant tune-up focused on the small problem areas that often lead to leaks over time.
- Inspection of roofing penetrations and flashings
- Sealing and reinforcing exposed nail heads where needed
- Inspection and sealing of plumbing vent boots, if applicable
- A general roof condition assessment
- Photo documentation of anything we notice along the way
In the Greater Houston area, small issues like exposed nail heads, worn sealant, and aging vent boots can turn into frustrating roof leaks. Catching and sealing those areas early is one of the simplest ways to help extend the life of an asphalt shingle roof.
Who Qualifies
To keep the program fair and make sure our team can complete the work safely, the complimentary maintenance visit is available to homeowners who meet the following requirements:
- You are a veteran and own the property
- The home is located in the Greater Houston area
- The roof is an asphalt shingle system
- The home is two stories or less
- The roof is safely accessible for our team
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability
- Offer is limited to the first 25 qualifying veterans
